Château la Perrière
The vineyard’s second wine is vinified at lower temperatures, with less extraction to preserve the roundness, the balance and the fruit. The parcels are planted on more clayey soils on the southern slopes of the estate. The ageing lasts twelve months and is carried ou in French oak barrels from Tonnellerie Sylvain.
