Technical Sheet Press Review Order
Keeping our finest wines for the Collection blend and maturing them in these barrels made from three-hundred-year-old French oak. The wine is given the name of the oak in which it has been matured, and is sold in an oak presentation box containing two antique bottles, numbered and sealed with wax. Small-scale production of 600 to 900 bottles per vintage.

o   Appellation : Lussac Saint-Emilion
Soils : Fine limestone subsoil with the outcropping parent rock coverd by a layer of crumbling-clay-limestone soil
o   Varieties : mostly 85 % of Merlot, 10 % of Cabernet Franc and 5% of Cabernet Sauvignon (variable according to vintage).
o   Harvests : Tillage and weeding, Manual de-leafing, Green harvesting and selective sorting, Manual harvesting in crates and 1st sorting in the vineyard, Manual sorting of the grapes after de-stemming.
o   Winemaking : in barrels of 500L
o   Ageing : 16 to 18 months in remarkable French oak barrels, tercentenary.
o   Yields : around 30 HL per hectare
